Every single Sunday morning begins with fresh fluffy pancakes, and the leftovers always accompany in the night. I can never imagine a Sunday morning without my favorite pancakes. Fluffy pancakes can make your dull morning feel special. They are so soft and tasty that each bite melts in your mouth, giving you the best feeling. Making pancakes is very easy. But for some of us, it can get hectic sometimes. But that does not mean you should start eating store-bought pancakes from the multideck displays. You can make a perfect stack of tasty and fluffy pancakes with the simplest ingredients. You can find these ingredients in your pantry. There is no need to do grocery to make pancakes. Below we have mentioned the list of ingredients you will need to make pancakes.

Flour:

The main character of pancakes is none other than flour. Making pancakes without flour is impossible. Some people get confused since they don’t know what type of flour is best to make pancakes. In my opinion, all-purpose flour is the best type of flour you can find to make pancakes. Therefore, your priority should always be all-purpose flour. If you don’t have all-purpose flour, you can use whole wheat flour.

Sugar:

Do you know the reason why pancakes are everyone’s favorite? Well, the reason is its sweet taste. Pancakes are nothing without their sweet flavor. Therefore, a sweetener is a must-have to make pancakes. Granulated white sugar is the best option available for you. But you can also use brown sugar. Remember that if you are using brown sugar, it can make your pancakes moister. You can also use other artificial sweeteners. But know that granulated white sugar always works the best.

Salt:

Salt is a must-have ingredient to balance the level and flavor of pancakes. Adding salt to your pancakes will bring out many other flavors in your pancakes. If you are using unsalted butter, then you might want to increase the quantity of salt.

Milk:

If you want a deep flavor in your pancakes, milk is necessary. You can use reduced-fat milk or even whole-fat milk. If you prefer non-dairy milk, you can use soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or any plant-based milk. Make sure you are using unsweetened dairy or non-dairy milk.

Egg:

The egg will add structure to your pancakes. Your pancakes will not spread out when you add them to the pan.

Baking Powder:

No one wants flat pancakes. To increase the volume of your pancakes, you will need baking powder. It will make your pancakes fluffy, soft, and airy.

Vanilla Extract:

No pancake is ever complete without vanilla extract. You will need a few drops of pure vanilla extract to boost up the flavor.

Toppings:

When it comes to topping, we have a wide range such as fruits and butter. You can place melted butter on the top of pancakes. The butter will drizzle down, giving each pancake a buttery flavor.
